Metal Recycling

You can recycle aluminum objects you no longer need at G&L Recycling in
Merrifield (703.560.8488). Examples of items they will accept (but always
call first to be sure) are aluminum pans, window frames, doors, lawn
furniture, or anything else made of aluminum. You can take steel objects to
the I-66 Transfer Station in Fairfax County (703.631.1179).

If you're wondering about other things you might be able to recycle, but
