Contacting Falls Church City Staff
You can report envrironmental and other concerns to City staff by entering a
CLASS ticket on the City website. Your concern will be routed to the appropriate
staff member and you should hear back in a reasonable time frame. If you have an
urgent environmental concern, contact the Office of the City Manager
